Responsibilities
- Maintain automation integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software.
- Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team.
- Learn and become an expert in automation and process management tools.
- You will be developing workflow solutions to simplify processes and operations for our organisation.
- Work closely with business partners to understand, identify, and support automation opportunities by leading the design of the automated solution and building out the technical components.
- Excellent communication and project management skills to facilitate interactions with internal groups and with external collaborators and partners
Qualification
Skill & Experience
- BSc in Computer Science or B.E. in any stream
- Strong independent project management skills.
- Proven years of marketing automation experience.
- Expert knowledge of database management concepts and best practises.
- Short-term contract for 3 months or extended according to requirements.
- Excellent oral and written communication
