Responsibilities
- Design and implement computer systems and network infrastructure within the organization.
- Install, configure, and maintain cloud-based computer systems, networks, and related
- hardware and software.
- Monitor cloud system and network performance, troubleshoot problems, and implement
- solutions.
- Maintain data backups, disaster recovery plans, and security measures to ensure data integrity
- in the cloud.
- Collaborate with other IT staff to ensure that all cloud-based systems and networks are
- functioning properly.
- Provide technical support to staff and customers, including responding to inquiries and
- resolving technical issues related to cloud-based services.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in cloud computing and make
- recommendations to management for improvements to existing systems.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing cloud-based computer systems and networks, with knowledge
- of cloud infrastructure, network protocols, operating systems, and server hardware.
- Experience with cloud virtualization technologies such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft
- Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues related to cloudbased services to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
