Responsibilities
- Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary.
- Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
- Sorting and distributing mail.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Qualification
- Any Bachelors Degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated and proactive individual.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft suite, specifically excel and PowerPoint.
- Punjabi Language should give preference.
